Fun & fitness at the Boot Camp

The boot camp is a 4 week program that includes 20 total hours ( 12-hour program available as well) of physical training designed for all fitness levels (from walkers — to runners).

The Wellness Coach offers three nutritional/educational emails each week of Boot Camp. They include: healthy recipes, examples of a healthy eating plan at 1,400 calories per day, top supplements and super foods for energy, etc.

We have a start-up evaluation for each new recruit to review your health history, discuss your monthly fitness goals, and measure your body-fat and inches.

The Wellness Coach Boot Camp consists of 30 minutes of resistance training (using ankle weights, several kinds of resistance bands, and dumbbells) and stretching (to improve flexibility and prevent injuries). Along with the above we have 30 minutes of cardiovascular training where you will never get bored with the same thing! Plus circuit training, creative and fun drills, stair and hill climbing, and timing "the loop" either walking or running — to name just a few.

The total cost is $200 for the entire 4-week program. That is 20 sessions of physical training in the beautiful outdoors, not a stuffy gym, for less than $10.00 a session.
